I purchased this set mid November and left them new in the box until my kitchen was finished last month. It’s a set of four and unfortunately one of the cups had a hole in the bottom of the glass. I didn’t even notice it until I actually filled the cup up with soap and water and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t holding the liquid and that’s when I noticed the little hole. Due to waiting until my kitchen remodel was completed and the fact that I was past my 30 days to request a replacement/return I was worried I’d just be totally out of luck but nevertheless I reached out to the company explaining my unfortunate situation. They were so kind, super empathetic and sent a replacement immediately. Honestly hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! As for the cups themselves, they are of a heavy duty glass, completely leak proof and even include an extra top and seal. This set has literally everything you need especially if you are a coffee drinker. Oh and the straws, one of my favorite things because they are extra wide and made from a very thick heavy steel. This set even comes with a handy straw brush for cleaning, clever little canvas bag to hold the straws and when you aren’t using a straw in your cup, a cute little silicone cover to make the cup air tight. Everything about this set is so very well though out. I’ve been using my cups for over a month now and I love everything about them. I opened the box and I was surprised to see that this company had included an extra lid in each color and two extra gaskets. Now that is customer service! The quality is very good and when the center stopper is in place they do not leak.

I absolutely love these cups, however, I had to request a replacement for my first order. All but 1 of the cups arrived cracked and glass was all over the package inside when I opened it. I had read this in the other reviews prior to purchasing, but was hoping the issue had been addressed. It has not. Thankfully, my second shipment came unbroken and I enjoy these glasses daily. There’s nothing bad that I can say about this. To start off, the package was great; the cups were bubble wrapped and kept secure in the box. The colors are also exactly like in the picture, and I’m very satisfied with how it looks (I ordered the set of four: 2 pink and 2 purple). I also love that there’s a stopper (it’s removable) on top of the caps to cover the straw hole when not in use - very sanitary and good for transport! The stopper is in the shape of a flower, which is very pretty. The cups itself also does not leak, which is great. I was also surprised to find that it came with two additional caps, one of each color, as well as two additional rubber rings (don’t know what it’s actually called) that goes inside the caps. I think it’s what prevents the cups from leaking. The metal straws are in a separate drawstring bag and the straws themselves are topped with a purple rubber thing (also don’t know what it’s called) which is pretty nice. It’s also removable, so it’s easy to clean. I do wish there were both pink and purple rubber things, but the purple matches pretty well with both color cups, so I don’t really mind. Keep in mind there’s only two straw cleaning brushes despite there being 4 brushes total, but unless you’re planning on giving each cup to a different person, this shouldn’t be a problem. I love these smoothie glasses, they are perfect for making smoothies for the week especially for my mom who won't eat solid food at lunch all she wants is a chocolate smoothie so this is perfect to make her healthy smoothies and she can grab one when she's hungry. The grip around the glass is good for her too it makes it easy to hold onto. I use different straws because the ones that came with these are too big for her to use. I also use them to make my protein shakes for the week super convenient and easy to toss into the dishwasher (top rack only) and they are ready to go again. I bought 4 cases so we would have plenty. In addition to smoothies and protein shakes they make great salad dressing containers too. Overall I highly recommend these. ... show more

I'm not even sure what Boba Tea is, I'm sure it's great. Personally I use these for my daily fruit and veggie smoothies. With all the negative stories about "microplastics" in the news these days, I prefer easy to clean, non porous glass containers whenever possible. These are perfect for my needs and it's the second set I've ordered. It's important to make sure the ring inside the lid gets cleaned properly, otherwise it will get funky. I’ve had these for over a year. We put our Boba in them and I also use them to make iced coffee at home. It’s perfect because when you close the top, you can shake everything around to mix ingredients and nothing leaks.
