These sublimatable cups have been fun to personalize, and I appreciate the quality and customer service received. I will definitely purchase again, once I use these up. Love the iridescence, haven’t had a chance to try out the sublimation, yet. Purchased the 8 pack. The glasses were well packed in 2 sets of 4, and one of the pink glasses is broken. The media could not be loaded. This is really a inconvenience these are not sublimation they don’t have enough coating I’ve been doing sublimation for almost 3 years now and these are not sublimation whatever supplier you use you need to make sure that you tell them people are having problems with them . @amazon I want my money back . ... show more

They did not sublimate well.. color looks faded I pressed them at 400° for 300 seconds several times and still the color didn't take
