I recently got this for an upcoming Road Trip we are planning and I wanted to test a month earlier with my dog just in case, a week and half later with daily rides, so far so good. PROS: -Fast shipping -Instructions to assemble aren't great, but you can figure it in less than 5 mins. -Very simple and easy to assemble the Wheel Guards and both wheels- not much at all -Sturdy, nice size, lovely color so cars can see him - Easy and fast to hook and unhook from bike -it has a pouch in the back - nice feature - it has a leash holder hook inside- nice too - it has a plastic cover in case it rains - front mesh door -easy storage, it flattens for those who cannot storage in a garage - plenty of space and mesh for him to look around- sides, front and back. CONS: - found only one so far, my personal experience and opinion: zipper to open the mesh in front only closes at the bottom, so I cannot have my dog's head ONLY out in the open, if I open the whole thing up because of the zipper situation, he thinks he can get out...training still going on. What I mean is that I cannot have half of it open if I wanted to, it opens all up and for dogs that are not used to this or cages it's hard to get that they have to sit and just look.

This is a great pet trailer or buggy as we call it. It was fairly easy to assemble, though we did have some difficulty at first lining the holes up for the pins. Now we know to move the bar around a little to get it lined up. Folds fairly flat for storage or travel. It's very roomy for my Boston Terriers. My Boston's weight 10lbs and 12lbs. We put in a dog bed and they are ready to go! We have a little extra room in the back for a backpack. Most of the time I don't even feel the buggy behind my bike when pulling, even if they are moving around. I really like the backdoor that opens. My Boston's are able to get in and out on their own when we open the door. We bought it mainly to use around our neighborhood, but just did a 17 miles ride on the Virginia Creeper Trail with no issues. Great price for the trailer and Amazon shipped it fast!

There's only one bar that needs to be folded open and popped into place to un-collapse this trailer and put it into use. It folds flat otherwise. And yet the two holes in the pole are drilled out of alignment with the two holes in the bracket. Making the entire trailer useless. I contacted the manufacturer, and they won't do ANYTHING because it was purchased through Amazon. Have to return it, and I'm not going to waste the time risking an exchange, because the next one might be the same. I liked the trailer otherwise. When I went to the manufacturer's website, the price there was the same as through Amazon. So if you really want to buy this product, at least buy it direct from the manufacturer so that they might help you correct a similar defect.

This trailer is very well constructed, it took me quite a bit of time putting it together not being mechanically inclined but after a few hours got it assembled. Unfortunately while I was assembling it I noted the fabric had separated at the seam. I thought about trying to fix it but it would be an impossible task so disassembled it and sent it back. I did order a replacement because I was impressed it otherwise and am hoping for a better outcome so I can change my rating. Fingers crossed!

It’s perfect!!! It even survived tipping over (due to reckless driver and massive pothole while taking a fast sharp turn). It has a hole now near the top where the bar is but it’s not bad especially considering it slid on concrete. It kept the pet safe too, the seat belt kept him secure was was completely fine after the incident. Have been using it ever since we bought it. It’s also easy to clean and set up.

I am impressed with the manufacturing quality, engineering thought and construction of this carriage. It collapses easily, sets up quickly and is very comfortable for my pet. I have a german shephard, who is on the small size, but does exceed the carriage weight rating by 10 pounds. I bought it in a pinch as a temporary replacement for my prior heavy-duty one made by another manufacturer that failed due to regular use. I overlayed the bottom panel with a thick wire mesh for extra reinforcement and covered it with the provided rubber floring mat. It works perfectly. My dog likes it better than the old one, and due to the smart construction, this model may well outlast the other. Well done guys!

Came in one box, opened it up and found we were missing the wrench to tighten the wheel guard bolts - that’s the reason for the first star deduction. The second deduction was because the instructions are completely lame. You can however figure it out if you have common sense and the right size hex wrench. A couple of times it took both my husband and I to stretch/pull/adjust things to get the bolt holes to line up. We put our 16 pound dog in his harness, lined the bottom of the wagon with a memory foam bed and strapped him in. We only went around the block twice the first time so he can get used to it. He sat calmly and looked out the windows and enjoyed the breeze. I think we will stay in the neighborhood until we are confident of our skills pulling him and also that he is enjoying himself. Overall we are pleased with our purchase.

I don't know what these people are doing to tear the material on this trailer. If you pay a little bit of attention when you're closing it and make sure it doesn't bind I can't see how it could possibly tear. Structure is sound very sturdy. Unfortunately I have two lovely flat tires that came with this trailer. Not that big of a problem I I planned on getting puncture-proof for them before buying a trailer so it wasn't an issue.
