Bought these for our church safety team to use. I found the earpiece to be a little quiet/low volume. The staff had already bought another set of earpieces for another brand of radios that they did not work in, but they work great in the Retevis and are louder for old deaf guys like myself LOL!

Easy to use, understand and very durable. Battery life lasts us all day (around 10 hours) and then we plug them all in for the next day. We do get some interference from a truck stop near us, but it is only 1-2 times a week. Would highly recommend this brand of walkie talkie.

Got these for campus security group. Sometimes someone will talk and I’ll hear the answer but not the question. Had some issues with interference from local construction radios but switching channels has helped. Worst part is getting them on the chargers correctly. It’s a slim panel on the side that you have to get just right, it’s annoying. That being said we’ve gone through many radios over the years and these are better than most especially for the price. Can hear pretty clearly and all are still working two months into the school year. Probably wouldn’t buy again but also not regretting buying them.
