All you need to do is: •Fill your cup with warm water about 280ml (or a little over 1 cup of water) •Put your retainer (or denture) in cup •Put one tablet in water for 15 minutes (for tough stains, soak overnight) •Rinse Simple! I would recommend purchasing this item if you wear your retainer/denture/mouthguard every day. The tablet will deep clean your retainer(s), and it doesn’t take long. I use these to clean my invisible aligners, and they work great! After a few minute soak, the retainers look and smell clean and ready to go! The tablets dissolve quickly and smell great!

I am blown away at how good this worked on my night guard. I wish I had taken before photos to show the difference but I will just say it is amazing!! After the first use (soaked about 8 hours) it came about 75% clean, after the second use it is now completely clear and clean!! Retainers are gross tbh, these make my retainers feel clean and great no matter the time period I use them. I usually do this in the evening for a fresh overnight wear and in the morning to start out the new day. As long as you don't wear your retainers for any other liquid but water, and you brush your teeth in between not wearing them and then putting them back on these will work like a CHARM.
