Using it with invisalign aligners (trays?). I normally clean my aligners twice daily and use these tabs every other day. And my aligners are clean AND clear. Definitely would recommend. Each tabs are packaged in a paper like pack. It's fairly easy to rip open but doesn't open well at times. Keep pair of scissors handy, if you rather not fuss with it. Steps I take when using these tabs: brush my aligners while they're on my teeth (as I would brush my teeth). Take aligners off and rinse them. Put a tab of retainer cleaner in ultrasonic cleaner machine and add 1 cup of warm water. Leave it for 15 min-1 hr. Take the aligners out of the machine and rinse with water and soft bristled toothbrush. Pop aligners back in. ... show more

This does just what it is supposed to do. I put it in a small glass canning jar (without the lid) with hot water and let my retainer soak while I shower and dress. Afterward, I rinse the retainers several times and let them drain by hanging them on the side of the jar for the rest of the day. I haven't had any problems with this method. ... show more

I bought this product to clean my mouth guard which gets disgusting due to nightly use. Usually, the only time it ever feels truly clean and fresh is after my dentist cleans it. Wow they look brand new after one night! I use a generic denture cleaner, or I used to, for my night guard because I have severe bruxism (grinding of my teeth.) It was a darker yellow, I could never manage to get it clean enough. I'd use toothpaste and brush it, use a denture cleaner, I even tried peroxide.... nothing worked. Enter this Invisalign cleaner. I actually soaked it for about 3 days (on and off, I have a backup nightguard) and the color change was hugely noticeable. I was so very impressed. I think I used about three different tablets on it and the color reduction was at LEAST 50% of the worst stains, although not all spots got the full benefit. Either way, this item is gold if you want to keep your night guard / dentures / Invisalign clean. I won't go without it again. ... show more

I had pretty low expectations that this would remove the deep yellow staining on my decade old night guard. Nothing else that I ever tried seemed to make even a dent (vinegar, peroxide, efferdent, brushing). I am astonished to report that after only 2 days, almost all stains are gone (about 85%)! This product works amazing!!! I bought it for my night guard that I wear. I have had it for over a year and even with cleaning and soaking it, it was still gross looking and yellow. After one night of using this product, it looks almost brand new!!! I would recommend this product to anyone.
