This product works great for my invisiline just with water. Super easy 3 min cycle, can repeat the cycle if extra dirty. I like adding a splash of hydrogen peroxide as well. Completely changed the way I wear my invisiline. Dentists should recommend this product at $35 when you start invisiline.

I’ve worn night guards for almost 40 years, have always used manual cleaning methods including brushing with a toothbrush and efferdent-type cleaners. Saw a high-dollar version of this cleaner at the dentist’s office and asked what a normal person would buy. The hygienist recommended a few like this one. Bottom line is I like it, it cleans very well, mostly easy to store (living in an RV right now where space is tight), and, although already mentioned, it cleans very, very well :-) Pros: Easy to use, gets my mouth guard very clean, inexpensive. Easy to use to deep clean dentures. Worth so much more than the price. No longer have to pay the $99 denture cleaning fee at the dentist and can do it in the privacy of my home. I was so skeptical but this little gadget actually works! I cleaned the retainers 11 yes 11 times before the “cleaner” picture results. I used the same cleaner packet with those 11 cleanings and just added water when I needed to. I drink coffee and soda with my Invisalign in or I would never wear them enough during the day. (In my defense they are 5 weeks old as I wait for a new set…) *a word to the wise. Caution because the water will heat up and actually get warm to hot which DID warp my aligners and then I cracked one when rinsing it under cold water because I was squeezing it together too tight. So I suggest cleaning them and taking them out and letting the water cool down before cleaning again. But I am happy with my this and use it twice a day now. Changing rating to a 4 because this item quit working after 2 weeks as others have noted as well. ( I am exchanging for another, it is just time consuming.) ... show more

I’ve been using this to clean my Invisalign and it does a great job. Previously I was using my Oral B electric toothbrush to scrub my retainers but they would be really hard to get fully clean and not miss any tiny nooks, it was a pain and invisalign is already annoying enough to deal with. Now I use the iSonic DS180 with just plain tap water and it cleans them crystal clear while I do the rest of my nightly routine. By the time I’m done flossing and brushing they are ready to go (I believe one cycle in the cleaner is about 5 minutes). It’s very easy to clean, I really just rinse it out good and let it dry overnight and it’s good to go for the next day. This greatly improved my routine and I’m glad I bought it. ... show more

I received the iSonic F3900 Ultrasonic Denture/Aligner/Retainer Cleaner on October 13th (13 days ago). This is my second one. The first one lasted almost 3 years and I was happy with that since I use it every day. I was not expecting this one to stop working in less than two weeks. I would turn it on and a second or two later it shut off. Anyway I contacted them right away and they were wonderful and refunded my money to a gift card and I didn't have to send the defective one back. I will probably buy another one since I think this was probably just a fluke. I am giving it 5 stars for the wonderful service and I loved it before that happened. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. LONG POST AHEAD. So, I just want to start by saying that this is an amazing product! From the photos, to me, it looked very clear that the piece is supposed to come out. When it was delivered, I tried to do exactly that… and it did not budge. I filled it with water and my tablets that I purchased as well and it worked wonders! It bothered me that it wouldn’t come apart, so I read some reviews. One mentioned that it came apart easily, and initially I did have a lot of trouble. I used a putty knife to get it loose, and let me tell you — that was a battle. Once unattached, I cleaned off all the glue (a gray/silver color), and then smooth out both sides so it wouldn’t show scratches (it would have driven me crazy), and it looked perfect! From the prior review, he mentioned there is no issue with the product since that it the way it seems to be intended. After using it a few times like this, it still works just as good with no changes to the performance. Right now, because it is still new to me, it has been a little bit of a chore putting it in place to use, but I suspect overtime it will come natural. If it was detached, I would 100% give it five stars. It really has been a huge life saver for my mouth guard. ... show more
