For starters I'd like to say thank you to mayflower for the extremely fast shipping. I see other reviews here and I can say I haven't had the same bad experience that some of you have had. Mine came in perfect condition and works as advertised. It's very a few weeks now and I've played about 70 hours on mine. It works and it works good. No issues. Battery capacity is normal, sd card slot works. I haven't tried out the actual game slot yet but I'm very confident that it works too. This is a good replacement for sure. Keep in mind folks this is the V1 2017 model not the V2 2019 model. So make sure you double check which replacement you are getting. I thought I wouldn't care about which model I got and I definitely should have opted for the V2 simply for the extra battery life. Overall, I am happy with this product.

My daughter jammed a game into her brother's switch and broke the compartment so that it no longer reads any of the games. We could have tried to repair it but it happened to be his 13th birthday. This option of buying just the console part was perfect! It was an upgrade from what he had and works perfectly so far. I was impressed with the information that came with it saying they stood by their products and they provided several ways to contact the seller about any issues. So far so good!

Good quality for the price. for anybody that is not Nintendo switch savvy. These things are factory reset and you need the original made by Nintendo switch joy-con to set them up and aftermarket joy-con controller will not work

I am extremely grateful that I stumbled upon this on Amazon! My son accidentally dropped his entire Nintendo Switch in the TUB! After trying everything to get it to work again, it wouldn't, I even bought a Nintendo Switch repair kit and almost started a fire trying to remove the melted battery. This was my final attempt at fixing the Switch without purchasing a brand new one, and I am glad I did! The tablet is BRAND NEW &works as it should and it is the only piece we really needed replaced since he had ready had additional controls.

Let me preface this by reminding this is thee tablet portion only. If you are looking to save money, unfortunately the Nintendo bundles are the way to go. By the time you add on the costs of the dock, charger and HDMI cord, and a set of Joycons you are probably looking at near or above the price of the bundles they come with and some of these bundles have games included with them as well. Now my situation was different. I bought my wife a Switch last year and she has loved it. Surprisingly being a PS gentleman I thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Before we knew it we had already spent hundreds on Pro-Controllers, extra JoyCons, chargers and games. I wanted to get one of my own but wasn't interested in spending money on the bundles since we already had everything we needed for a second Switch. I was dismayed to find that Nintendo did come out with a Tablet only bundle for situations like mine but only sold them in Japan (odd considering the Switch is region free). So when I saw this product I was very skeptical. I was afraid I would spend money on a device that would either be a stolen Serial Number, cracks on the screen, exploding overheating battery etc. but the Amazon guarantee convinced me that I was covered if it wasn't what I expected. It has completely met my expectations. It arrived early much to the delight of my anticipation, shipping on a holiday and arriving two days later. This was three days before the earliest expected arrival date. From there I've had a few days to dig into and find what is wrong with and have not come across anything. Slapped a screen protector and our spare JoyCon's on it and I instantly had an additional console. A few nicks and scratches on the screen but nothing that affects gameplay in the slightest. Even if the screen was bludgeoned to oblivion and back it's a console that you can literally plug up to the TV and forget about the tablet screen all-together. I do highly recommend always protecting your Switch screen with a screen protector much like you would do a phone. Thank you to the seller for my slightly used console!

I have barely touched this switch since I bought it in June, so I did not see the false information until now. When I bought it, the description had said it was an HAC-001, so a first generation switch. (They seemed to have removed this information now.) I check the serial now and it is not what they claimed. They had already been called out by me in the past over this switch because they sold me a used or refurbished one when they claimed it was new. Now THIS on top of that. Do NOT buy from this vendor unless you like getting lied to! Update: I am also finding out that the touch screen does not work. It works partially, but not like a regular switch should. Really disappointed that this company sends crappy devices to people, and disappointed in myself for not checking it before the return period was up. I trusted Amazon to not let scummy sellers on their platform -- this usually doesn't happen like it would on Ebay -- and I paid the price for it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

So this works, so far but when they say acceptable condition, they really should say, barely acceptable. The grate part on the top of the switch to let the air flow in and out is all broken out. The back is loose bc of this and seems like any wrong move and it will fall off. The ends where the controllers slide in Are so worn that you have to click the controllers in multiple times to get the one side to register. So far the switch does work but it is so raggedy who know for how long. Advertise it as what it is...this is less than acceptable.

Wanted to upgrade from my Switch Lite to a full sized model since I'm now at home nearly all the time, except nobody seems to have them in stock. I was a bit skeptical about this option but with a spare dock from a housemate and some 3rd party joycons and this has so far been running like a champ.
