Luckily the other two were still attached and I didn't lose any function during that ride, but did notice the other two were looser, so good reminder for me to periodically check on these as a lot of force and torque are applied on a ride. Ordered these, they came quickly and I was able to get my cleat firmly attached at all three points with no problem.
