The brush head fits securely on my sonicare professional toothbrush. The bristles are very soft. It does not quite fit flush against the toothbrush as it was a little bit smaller than my handle, but this does not seem to hinder the operations at all. There are also two color bands at the bottom of the head so if you had another person in your house who had the same toothbrush, you would be able to tell them apart. ... show more

So far these brushes have been as good as the much more expensive Soni care ones. They seem a bit softer, but plaque removal is ok so far.
