Poor packaging, NO! product production information. I installed it on my coffee machine and the espresso machine makes a screeching noise, why is this happening! ! !!!! After all check, the coffee machine has stopped working, I had to contact my coffee machine customer service to check my warranty.

I installed it per the instructions and the machine will try to pump water and fail after 3 seconds. The instructions say to add water to the filter while it's upside down to "activate" the filter but this literally does nothing.

I bought this filter after I bought my Breville machine, but when I received it and use it, after changing the filter my espresso machine doesn't work at all, the water doesn't push at all, sputtering noises from the machine because there was not enough flow.

Properly filtered water is essential for the tast of your coffee and life of your machine! The filters however can be very expensive. Im happy to say these filters are just as great as the name brand ones and a fraction of the cost. Installation is the same and the have the same performance. Definitely recommend these!
