Wow, the company reached out to me after I left the disturbing message about missing pieces and extensions not coming in a box. Please read how professionally and quickly they resolved the problem. #1 A prompt reply to the inconvenience of receiving the damaged product. They are nice quality. Even came with extra clips which was nice. They are a little thin especially for the amount of grams. I have fine/thin hair as well. But if you curl them it’s less noticeable. They were very smooth and shiny. Not a lot of shedding either.

I am extremely disappointed with these hair extensions. I have purchased extensions before and have never experienced anything like this. After only a short period of normal wear and following proper care instructions, the hair has become severely matted, tangled, and almost impossible to brush through. The condition shown in the attached photos is unacceptable for what was advertised as quality human hair. I have over 25 years of experience wearing, maintaining, and helping clients with hair extensions. I also manage a cancer hospital salon where we work with wigs and hairpieces every day, so I fully understand proper care, maintenance, and handling. This is not a result of misuse or improper care. The extensions appear to have a significant quality issue, and they are not performing as genuine, high-quality human hair should. Okay so I just got these and haven’t curled them I did straighten them a little because I had already straightened my natural hair for the day I will say- there’s some plastic in these I could see little burn particles while straightening but they still looked fine after so I will update I’m not sure if it was just a coating or something but besides that these are literally nicer than my bombshell extensions I pay 600 dollars for. The coloring is nicer and less chunky - I got walnut to ash. They are just as soft and the same amount of grams 120. The clips are super comfortable- and lightweight I don’t remember extensions being so comfortable or else I wouldn’t have switched to hand tied lol I was paying 500 -600 for extensions and 350 for an install every few months but I kept changing my mind between wanting long or short hair on a weekly basis and it was exhausting these are so much easier to pop in when I want the long I’m so so happy w my decision and 1/9th the price and no having to take a day off- the entire extension process takes HOURS in salon and my head is killing me for a day or two after bc they are tight l. Definitely recommend if on a budget if your hair is thick get two packs maybe mine is thin from Damage tbh so it looks fine. I’m shocked at how good it looks straight and excited to curl it I never would wear hand tieds straight bc they look mullet-y w these I can clip more where ever I want and avoid it! So happy

The hair itself is really beautiful, shiny, and the color matched exactly as advertised. However, the ends are so sparse! There is about 1/4 of hair at the end as there is at the top where the combs clip in. I purchased these for extra length from my natural hair for performances, but they are SOOO thin, I will need to cut (not trim) atleast 3 inches these so they don’t look like thin rat tails hanging out of the bottom of my hair. Disappointed.
