This has been an excellent product. No issues so far and kids are having lots of fun indoor as well as outdoor in sand. Make sure you recharge the battery for at least few hours to get it fully charged else the play time will be short. I highly recommend it.

I got this for my son for Christmas, and he LOVED this! It is perfect size for him to use indoors, which is a huge plus! I do wish the bucket was more powerful. My son tried to pick up some kinetic sand with it, and it wouldn’t move, but when we tried regular sandbox sand, it worked well! This is not something to throw around but is good for kids to play with properly. BONUS: This came with two batteries! So while you are using one, the other can charge. I also really like the battery compartment has a screw to secure the battery in.

First off the instructions are absolutely horrible... how hard is it to make a youtube video with a qr code.. 2nd if you weren't gonna use video instructions, you should have at least made the instructions in color and not black.And white... which would have been easily to see where the battery pack was supposed to be..... Since it was black and white and not color, when you looked at the bottom of the truck.There are four screws which seemingly look like the battery pack opening.. nowhere.Does it say the battery pack is in the front of the truck, and nowhere can you see slits where that would open sinc... nothing on the truck to mark what it is or where it is.... and looking at the instructions, it clearly looks like you're opening it from the bottom since it's written in black and white.. when I pressed down like the direction said after opening the four screws at the bottom, i assumed it would open..... it did not. Not knowing you opened the battery pack up from the front., si.. nce there was no writing or anything on the instructions telling you to do so, i assumed you had to open the other screws off from the bottom and take the bottom out to put the battery pack in. . After doing that, the truck fell apart and all the circuitry broke.. .. very frustrating is that all that need to be done to change it was to make reasonably decent instructions
