The first one I bought didn't last long. The arm wouldn't work nor would it turn. I sent a video to the company and they replaced it in a few weeks at no charge! Very easy to work with and I have one happy boy again.

First, my son loves it. Second, it comes with two battery packs so he can keep playing while one is charging. Third, it actually works. And then it quit, after about 2 months of heavy duty play. The remote wouldn't connect (light flashing on remote). Contacted the company about it, because it has really good reviews and I didn't expect this. They are replacing it!! I sent them a video and explained the problem, and done! New excavator on the way! What a great company to do business with!

My son got this for xmas and loves it. Slight effort needed to swap out battery (unscrew cover which is very typical for kids toys these days) but not huge deal. Edit: 2 weeks after Xmas and this toy still getting used very heavily. Probably the most favorite toy of Xmas day — my son absolutely loves it. I left in the rain accidentally last night and after drying out it still works fine. Really pleased.

This excavator was a gift for my 3-year-old son, who just LOVES construction vehicles. I was not disappointed when we received it: the plastic is durable, the remote control works well up to roughly 25 feet, and it came with two battery packs (I charge one while we're playing with the other.) Each battery lasts for around 20-30 minutes when in full use. It has been 4 months since I purchased this toy - the remote control batteries have not died yet, and the excavator is still in perfect condition. I highly recommend this toy if you are looking for a good RC excavator for a child.

I bought this for my son. He played with it a couple times and it stopped working. He does still play with it though, just without the remote. It is decent for the price.

I bought the excavator for my grandson who lives out of state. He played with it a little when he came to visit at Christmas and then it wasnt working quite right. I contacted customer service and they responded instantly and sent a replacement. I have never had such outstanding service. I will definately buy more toys from them as I know I can count on them to stand by their product which is rare in this day and age. Kudos!
