Doesn't include control solution
Using this to test my diabetic cat. Had some trouble initially and the product guide said to test the control solution. There was no solution included to test it so as far as I know (without being able to test it until I get the solution) it is working good. The instructions were easy to follow. Setup was quick and it works with a small amount of blood.

Huge difference within minutes of rechecking, & no control solution
I cannot find a relion CONTROL solution. I check my glucose level ( wash a dry hands as per instructions). I recheck it with 5 to 10 minutes and there can be a 40 point difference. Something is wrong with the monitor. I’ve used new pack of strips and it’s still different. What can I do as I can’t find controls for relion?
