    • Great Customer Service For This Pre-Inked Stamp Set!
Let me first off start by saying that Reliancer has excellent customer service. These stamps are individually wrapped inside of their storage container. When I received the stamps, the "Posted" stamp was mispackaged and the ink had dried out due to the lid not being firmly in place when the plastic wrap was applied. When I reached out to them, they promptly sent another one, at no charge. Somehow that one was knocked out of the Amazon packaging before we received it, so again, I reached out to the company, explained my hypothesis on what happened, and honestly I did not expect them to try to send the order again. They sent a THIRD set, JUST to make sure that we were satisfied with our product! They honestly went above and beyond what I expected, but I hope they thrive as a new company. The stamps work excellently, and they will get a lot of use here for many years to come. These stamps are PRE-INKED and not self inking for anyone who is curious, but they seem to be well made, and it should be no hassle to use roll on ink to replenish them when they do run out of ink on their own. For the price point and the customer service, I would highly suggest you at least give these stamps a try. ... show more

When I first received my pre-Inked Stamps, one was broken. I reported the concern to Helen from the Reliancer Company and very promptly received a response. The company has since sent me a new set of all the stamps and I am so pleased with the customer service, efficiency and friendliness or this company.     • Satisfactory Product but I have two of the same stamp :(
I received my stamps in good time and in good condition but was very disappointed that I got two stamps for 'ORIGINAL' instead of one that said 'FAXED' or some other option. I don't need two of the same thing. Very disappointing that no one took the time to check this.

A great variety of frequently needed stamps. The print is bold and a great size. I love the different colors and the sturdy case. It fits nicely in the drawer and the stamps are easy to see and get to. If you have a home office you'll love these. Great value.

I received in perfect shape but when attempting to use the in ID dried out. No matter what I did to moisten the sponge area it stays dry. The lettering on a few stamps can't ser well. But great selection and price.

    • I love my stamps!
I use these a lot in my business. They are kind of cheaply made and can come apart when I take the lid off sometimes but I just put the lid back on with some pressure and the problem fixes itself. I would still buy them again. They work very well.

i was not happy when i got my package today with the ink. i opened it up and it was already leaking with the red ink. and i tried each one of them on paper and some were very light and it just feels really cheap the bottom comes off really easily. the ones that i got before were awesome but this time. i was not happy :( ... show more
