    • Great for harsh environment, length is completely wrong.
Got these due to the material. Needed something that will survive strong acids, bases, and lots of rough and tough ladder climbing, crouching, etc. Size is bad. Got 33x30, which is precise in every pants I've had for at least ten years. Waist is great, but the length is ridiculous, like clown pants, over 32". The loose fit is great for all the movement. Edit... just bought third pair... love these pants... size is still weird in length, but over time mit shrinkage, it's acceptable. They hold up to anything! Sulfuric, nitric, ammonia, caustic, hot metal, even some aggressive wearing, and the front belt loop where i hang my keys and keycard, doesn't matter. Worst I could do to these was some orange discolorization from extremely concentrated nitric acid. Wasn't at work 20 minutes today, and already got 95% sulfuric acid on the leg. These pants shrugged it off. Love this material, I can see these surviving well. I'm not sure I can use the phone pocket, it's a bit narrow for my massive hands and fingers. But the regular pockets are well-shaped and positioned, I trust my phone stays in place even when hanging half upside down. The belt loops are sturdy, a bit wide (maybe make the front one a bit narrower to accomodate a d-ring for keys and keycards?). In short, love these pants, but the size is completely wrong. I don't wear a 28, but I assume if a 30 length is 2" too long, I have to buy a 28 to get a 30. If you need pants to withstand harsh chemicals, these are great. ... show more
