The quality of the skirt is fine, it's not thin fabric, however the length is not good. I am 5'8" and even in flat shoes this DOES NOT cover my knees. I guess it will if you pull it down around you hips instead of your waist, and creat a Muffin Top I was Really Disappointed. Even more so when when I went to hang it in the closet, and saw it is the exact same length as the Last Over The Knee Skirt I Bought...BOTH TOO SHORT! Will Keep it...you can never have too many black skirts LOL MAYBE I'LL TRY A MID-CALF AND IT WILL COVER ME KNEES! ... show more
