I have quite a lot of this left. I have been suffering from a pulled shoulder muscle from when I had physical therapy for my knee and the PT made me pull very hard on a strap. You insert your foot into a loop in this strap and then pull, leaning forward. It gave me tendonitis in my right shoulder, and I have had to take 800 mg of Ibuprofen several times a day for inflammation for several weeks. Warming this oil up in the microwave and rubbing my shoulders with it has also helped a lot. It has a wonderful refreshing fragrance and definitely is very effective. Highly recommend.

This has a medium strength scent... enough to be noticeable, but shouldn't offend anyone unless they simply don't like mints. I pair it with a paper towel with some essential oils near the head of the person receiving the massage to cater to what they prefer or if they simply want something a little different. It stays slippery enough to slide your arms/hands at whatever pressure is needed, without being just plain messy and runny. Once you get the proper quantity spread around, it doesn't dry up, it stays fluid without evaporating (which means its quite moisturizing if you leave it on post massage... though I personally prefer to shower off and feel cleaner after any massage). The bottle is large enough that it holds a decent amount of heat if you put it in a warm water bath before use. I typically do that, then put it in an insulated drink koozie (to keep the bottle from being slippery as well as insulating the heat in).

I purchased this for other purposes (massage etc) and have since ended up using it almost exclusively for my feet. I put it on after soaking feet during a shower and before putting on socks. The oil locks in moisture from the water, and the scent is is great for your feet and is something you may have smelled before - it is what they use in Dr. Scholl's foot powder. I had really beat up feet, and after years of soaking them, scraping calluses and now this oil - they are finally in much better shape. If you are seeking VERY intense scent this may not be for you, but you can definitely smell mint/eucalyptus, for sure. Lastly, someone commented that oil ruined her sheets.....My advice would be to put down a throw before using this to protect them, I guess. It is oil, after all......

This oil has a pleasant fragrance. Unfortunately, it does not have a lot of slide which is important for massage. I have mixed it with other oils so I can use it up.
