I own several pair of Reef sandals. This is one of a couple pairs that I’ve purchased on Amazon. They are comfortable despite having thinner soles than the others that I own. The straps are also thin, but so far they are holding up. I’ve worn them a few times for several hours at a time and the quality and support seem good. They didn’t make my feet hurt or rub blisters despite thin straps. The sizing was also comparable to what I wear in other brands. I generally wear an 8-8.5 size shoe but I always end up landing in a 9 in flip flops (size 9 is what I ordered). The black color is classic - black goes with everything. These are my favorite flip flops! I bought my first pair of Reef flip flops in 2019 and haven’t bought another brand since. When I tell you these flip flops will last you YEARS, I’m not joking. I’ve had this pair for atleast 2 years and they still looks almost brand new. These things have survived hurricanes, flooding, kayaking, and living at the beach. I have more narrow feet which is why I prefer this more narrow style. The strap is narrow. Sizing is accurate. They are the most comfortable flip flops I’ve worn. I even prefer them over Skechers with memory foam. The fact that they are light weight makes them that much more comfortable to wear. Can’t beat it for the price! ... show more

First off, if you have wide feet these will not work. I have low arches and these are almost not wide enough. They are a slim low profile flip flop which makes them look dressier and is what I wanted. I am normally a 9.5 and went with the size 9. My heel is all the way to the back edge so they just fit. They attached the strap part a little too far down on the sandal which pushes your foot back so I ended up having a lot more space above my toes. They seem reasonably comfortable so far, take note that these are a pliable rubber material not foam so there is not much cushioning. Let me tell you about these flip-flops! So I have always bought cheap flippies from like Old Navy or Gap bc I don't love them from a fashion standpoint, I just need them for doing stuff around the yard or walking in or out of the gym. But recently ON flippies have gotten really cheap and the section that connects the flip to the flop was really uncomfortable. Or I've bought other cheap ones that either collect odor like it's its job or the bottoms are just uncomfortable. I have been really hesitant to buy $35 Reef sandals but 2 of my friends convinced me to try these and I am 1,000% sold! Here's why: the bottom is squishy but solid and if I get them dirty doing yard work the grime rinses right off. The material doesn't make my feet sweaty and it is VERY comfortable. And most importantly, where the strap meets the sole it doesn't bother my feet. These even have a tiny bit of arch support which is good for my feet. I am a 7.5/8 and bought these in an 8. The arch support might hit a little better at the 7.5 for me but I'm not concerned enough to find out. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these and have already bought another color. My favorite pair of reefs finally broke after 7 years. I had to get another pair. I was very skeptical if the fit would be the same, as I have a narrow foot and sandals are always challenging to purchase. These fit excellent! They are not too tight, not too loose, and everything about them is perfect! The sole is very light and cradling in all the right places. The upper strap is seated in the correct spot and the back straps are very elegantly places farther back on the footed, eliminating the sloppy sound you usually get from flip flops! I would strongly not advise getting these flip-flops if youre only looking for comfort. I don’t know why the word cushion is in the description, because they are very stiff and provide almost no arch support. Nothing about them necessarily hurts, it’s just there’s no “cushion”. They do look very cute on, so I wear them from time to time - however I don’t like to wear them for too long as my feet end up hurting. I’m much rather wear Archie’s brand. ... show more
