These sandals fit wierd. My foot hung over the sides a little and these were too long. The soles were comforable. They uave arch support but the toe strap was uncomfortable in-between my toes and so I returned them. They had a strong smell too. These are very attractive flip-flops in person. I purchased them for the summer to be able to wear down to the beach and just to run quick errands. I ran errands for the last couple hours and walked around in them, and they’re extremely comfortable. They have good form and structure as well. Definitely size up! I have owned so many flip flop style sandals over the years and never found a pair that could withstand a lot of walking or standing in. I have a desk job but use a standing desk.
