1) They keep my legs and feet more stable ( I fall often) 2) They r padded but no restrictive- not overly padded so my toes can move 3) arch support is good. I have a high arch so. If the shoe is overly arched it hurt s 4) they run a little short so I got an 8 1/2. I cannot stand something too short cos I have arthritis in my feet back and legs 5) I will and can spray them with camp spray to help them. so i can wear them in the winter . I use to wear Nikes but they became too hard to get the right size. With them they are too big or too small! Each to their own They r very well built and I did not have to break them in! 6) I like the color I purchased. The black and white. As for cleaning Im not sure I just got these I don't worry bout them though I can wash them with my colored towels. And in A special bag I use for my tennis shoes ... show more
