  • Great shoe for HIIT and Weight training
The Nano does exactly what you'd expect from a training shoe. I noticed the difference between the Nano and my running shoe immediately. The Nano is stiffer and provides a great deal more support for lateral movement. The drop is perfect for weight training and substantially different from the running shoe. I was literally leaning forward doing squats with my running shoe and don't have that problem with the Nano. I'm using the shoes for HIIT workouts and they are performing extremely well. Plenty of support for the moves. Good shoe for jump rope workouts. I would not recommend them for running more than 50 meters at a time. They are heavy and don't have the cushioning that running shoes do. (But then that's not why you'd buy Nano's, is it?) They do just fine for short sprints. I've used them every day for about 3 months and they are holding up great from a durability standpoint. I'd definitely recommend the Reebok Nano to others looking for a high-quality training shoe. ... show more

  • Good cross trainer and heavy weight workout shoe for wide feet
I have wide feet and cross trainers are hard to find in wide. I usually wear 12W but purchased a half size up to 12.5 for these. These are great for working out and light cardio. They are tight on my feet but not painful, very supportive and have lots of room in the toe box. These have been my go to shoes for all things weight lifting, probably wouldn’t run in these as the bottom is very flat for running. These also have great stability for lateral movements and I have used these for plyometrics and agility movements with good results. Would recommend. ... show more

  • Awesome workout shoe for leg days.
I wear a size 14 in all athletic shoes. This fits very well and is extremely comfortable. It is not the best all-purpose workout shoe. It is not good for agility based cardio due to the width. Definitely not the best for lots of jumping where you need to land on the balls of your feet. I now only wear this shoe for working out with heavy weights on leg days. It is an amazing shoe for squats and lunges. Very challenging and frustrating shoe if you incorporate a lot side planking into your routine due to the extra room on the sides of the feet and the extremely chunky heal. I purchased the Reebok Les Milles shoe which is cheaper and use it for everything now (except running). ... show more

  • Not meant for narrow feet
I have this 4 stars because the shoes didn’t fit me, but they were great quality otherwise. I read reviews on how they run wide, and I have narrow feet, but wanted to try anyway. The length was perfect for me, but just too wide. Overall, they fit true to size in terms of length and seemed sturdy and great for training ... show more

  • Great workout shoe, but men should definitely order at least a half size up
Great, rigid shoes for gym work. I use these primarily for regular, non Olympic weightlifting, and cardio on an air resistance bike. Good non slip outsole. Haven't had any slipping incidents even when covered in sweat. Has a very wide toe box to accommodate bigger guys with enormous Sasquatch feet, but lengthwise these shoes can be a little tight so order at least a half size above your normal sizing. The shoes remind me of neoprene/elastic Dryshod and Muck boots, but with perforations to help manage foot perspiration. Don't take these outside expecting them to survive the elements though; they're meant for indoor gym duty and nothing else. One thing to note: the insole is basic and not an orthotic insole, so if you need arch support plan on buying insoles. ... show more

  • A noticeable improvement over runners or cheap tennis shoes.
Size: 8.5 Color: Light Sand/Black/White
I recently began to actually take care of myself. I had been using some cheap shoes during CrossFit/kettlebell workouts. I didn’t want to spend money on something that I would give up on. After about 6 months of sticking with it, I bought these on a recommendation of a friend. Even to a novice like me, I can tell the difference they make. The rigid heel and arch cup make lifting weights much more stable. The reinforcement in the outside of the upper and the short toe cap make push-ups easier on my toes. The toe box is extra wide and flares well coming out of the narrow arch support. The laces are long enough to use but short enough that they don’t flop around. Would highly recommend these shoes. ... show more

  • Run big.
Very comfortable shoes, I was looking for decent priced gym shoes/running shoes. They look really nice, extremely comfortable. Great material I've only ran in them three times but seem like they will hold up. They are extremely breathable. The one thing I will mention is that the toe box/ toe of the shoes are wide. I have very wide feet so usually get a size up. But I actually got my size and they feel a little big. Like to the point where I wish I would have gotten a size smaller. Not sure but I wear a size 15 and these size 14 felt a little big up near the toe. But I am very happy with these shoes. ... show more

  • Great shoe, supportive, comfortable
I’ve used the Metcon for years at CrossFit and they were great but always ended up squeaky when I wore them. These shoes have been great so far, more supportive and cushioned around the top of the foot near the ankle. Wide toe box as well and materials so far are holding up. My feet feel planted during deadlifts, cleans, snatches, etc. I have a large foot and was able to get these for less than half price which is great. I bought 2 pairs in different colors! Wish companies would make a 13.5, but settled for a 14 ... show more
