Smooth, not acidic, medium roast, no burnt taste. Flavor is maybe light cocoa with smooth coffee. I prefer a stronger roast/ stronger tasting coffee tho. However I highly recommend it.

This is a personal experience, I prefer kings prize coffee beans, they appear to be less acidic and I personally like the flavor. Ordered this by accident, will donate. This like anything is comparable to tasting wine. Very subjective and I am sure the beans appeal to coffee drinkers nationwide.
