The item arrived on time, and I was so happy to receive it, and very excited to start enjoying it. After unpacking it, I fully charged it for 2 hours before using it. Sadly, the charge lasted only 5 minutes to shut off the dildo completely while in use. Then, I plugged it again around 1:00 AM and left it in charge till 4:00 AM. After that, I tried to use it again. The worst, it worked only 4-5 minutes and shut off. Can you imagine how disappointing it is? Therefore, I can give only 1 star for the softness and the size. Also, the vibration was fabulous.
