First off, ill say im a collector of sorts for these sleeves so I have alot of experience. I specifically purchased this product because it is one of very few that fit my length internally. Most stop at 5.5" as far as internal fitment, its probably one of the best. Very snug, tight fit on the shaft. The major flaw is that the molding has left some hard edges. For me on the inside it was the ball strap. For my wife it was on the head of the sleeve. It is a very pronounced head with deep ridges that gave her pleasure, but if going long enough, would have been uncomfortable. I also found on the inside of where your tip would be, that the outside of the sleeve is quite bulbous. Not sure if it was designed that way or not, but it doesn't give the as realistic feel due to an uncommon shape of the shaft. Im pretty small in the testes area, and the strap was almost too tight, so it wouldn't be comfortable to wear for long periods.
