This is probably one of the few truly barbed toys out there, and for $48 for a large, this is a steal. It's very firm with an excellent suction cup to match. The only downsides with this toy is that hand washing can be time consuming and that the barbs cause mild pain. Though that is to be expected due to the nature of a toy like this. All that being said, this was an amazing toy, and I would highly recommend getting a small/medium unless you're very experienced.

So a popular thing I've seen is to compare the size to a soda can so here ya go for reference. ( i got the medium) The shaft is firm and the spikes are soft so it won't compress much putting it in, but the spikes shouldn't make it get stuff if someone was worried. The suction cup is great. All n all I love it, gonna be my main toy for a while

I found the base to be much too soft, contrary to previous reviews, and the suction cup was inadequate - it was difficult just to get it inserted in the first place! After that was finally accomplished, it did give a satisfying feeling of fullness, but the barbs are somewhat painful if you rapidly put it in and out. I mean, if that's your thing, you will probably like it; otherwise, if you do not like tears on the inside of your rectum, I would avoid this one.
