I ordered this based on customer reviews and was excited to see it in person. The box arrived in an Amazon envelope, but I was concerned so ordered something of similar size. Wouldn't you know they came packed separately! When I took the dildo out the first thing I noticed was that the skin tone was more "olive" complexion than flesh. The pics people have posted are accurate. The veins were pretty and the head and shaft were just as described. Couldn't wait to use it! I am a gay man that hasn't had anal sex in over 20 years, so I was a bit nervous but eager to try it. Let's just say it will take more practice, but I got it "in". You can really feel all of the texture on the shaft and the head feels bigger than it looks. The suction cup worked great. I was told about a realistic dildo that cost $400 (!) and went looking for a more affordable alternative. I think I found it. Gonna give my backside a break for a bit and try it again. Practice makes perfect.

This unit is properly sized and is exceptionally realistic. For those reasons I gave it five stars. For use by a woman I imagine it would work perfectly, the softness and structure likely make it easy for conventional use. Personally, I use it for medical illustration, photography and to use for ED treatment training. My wife has used it but she's too embarrased to give me the results, so I'm going to assume they are good. I think it would be great if I could find something like this that was internally anatomically correct, with accurate blood vessels and other structures, but for now, this is five star.

The Good: My wife and I have gone through a few and this is the first white one I've seen that looks realistic and not like a clown penis or a sad baguette. It's long and slender with a larger glans. It has a set of almost complete balls that actually feel a little like real balls, just not as loose. Usually balls on dildos are these hard mounds of fluff that serve more as a handle than anything else. Very detailed with things like tiny horizontal wrinkles in the shaft, pores on the balls, folds, etc. Some folks like those wild colors, but I like them looking real. The Meh: While it does feel well made and made with good materials, it DOES NOT feel super real. It still has that silicone sheen and is a little floppy on the bell-end if you get me. Luckily it doesn't feel like a cheap rubber butt plug either. Granted that's just me cleaning/handling it. I have no info on what it *feels* like. Sorry. The suction starts strong but seems to lose strength just sitting there, may do better with some moisture? Good product for its price, excellent product for its quality and appearance. The veins look real. I think its good for beginners, because it is soft, is not super thick, though the head is a little big. It's easy to clean and it doesn't feel cheap which are good ones for starters. It came in a black box with very tiny writing inside an Amazon box with some other stuff.
