The only issue (see photos) was the box was slightly dented in and damaged and the cellophane around the box had been ripped open as a result. The product was still sealed inside the bag it was in though so no big deal to me. The feel of this def makes up for that 10x over!! Big size and extremely real feeling!! If I were to warm it up with warm water first to get it to body temp I'm sure I wouldn't know the difference. Easy to clean and good material. I also love the flared head on this thing!! Length perfect at a solid 9" width is very natural (didn't measure but width fit length perfectly) core is good firm outter skin is great flesh like (best we've felt) with water/based lube we had a very good time with this. (So life like) clean up was very easy low smell. Between actual unit and suction cup it has a semi hard plastic base that firms everything perfectly. We've used it a few times now and each was a new experience. 10/10 - He is a monster! I was scared he wouldn't fit through the door, but he is so soft that a little elbow grease and lube changed that.
