This handbag is all that and more. I love the color. Stylish and solid with sturdy clasps and so many zippered compartments! This is now my favorite bag. The standard strap is easily removed to switch with the adjustable crossbody strap and vice versa. Its the perfect size. Holds a lot!

I feel as though my experience with this purse is a bit mixed. First, the good: It truly is a lovely purse. The size is perfect, and because the body of the purse is so soft, if you don't have a ton of things in it, it slouches and doesn't take up too much space. However, I've also had it packed completely full and it works well that way, too. I wanted something soft and slouchy, and this definitely fit the bill. I love that you can choose between wearing it as a crossbody and wearing it on your shoulder. The compartments on the inside and outside have been perfect for my needs, and have kept me feeling organized. And, the not so good: Within just a few weeks of using this purse, the shorter strap edges started to peel off. It didn't take long for it to get annoying, and I ended up just peeling them off completely because I was sick of the frustration of dealing with them. This definitely took away from the classiness of the bag. Not much longer after that, I had a moment of total panic because my car keys disappeared- even though I KNEW I had put them in the outer zippered compartment of the purse. Eventually I realized that the inner stitching on the compartment had completely ripped out, and my keys had fallen through to the bottom of the purse, in between the leather and the purse liner. The outer zippered compartment was actually one of the bigger selling points of this purse for me initially, and I've continued to use and be irritated by it. Yes, I could sew it back together, but it's disappointing that I should have to do this on such a nice-looking purse. Would I buy it again? I'm truly not sure. Maybe (hopefully) the manufacturer has made improvements and these things are no longer an issue... I'm actually trying to decide what to do now, because I'd like to get a new one, but have a hard time paying the money for something that's going to fall apart so quickly.. ... show more

..the handbag was delivered and I am stunned at how beautiful, seemingly made w durable materials and practically useful it is, holding everything but the kitchen sink in it. While I still don't understand what happened with the discount, it is no longer an issue for me, my check came early so im not broke lol and honestly the fantastic quality of this handbag has totally made the $5 and change (the missing 20% discount i calculated before tax before ordering) totally irrelevant. The bag is that good!!! I'm very very satisfied with my purchase and plan to copy parts of this for a very positive review for this high quality, beautiful, convertible bag. Customer service was very nice, which is always a plus! Overall.... 5 stars! I would and will definitely buy from this impressive company again. I am a disabled lady with many physical problems, I found this bag to be very lightweight, love the look, feel and yeah...even a faint smell of leather when I opened the outer protective white bag lol. It has a high dividing wall zippered pocket that IS attached to the center bottom, dividing the inner main pocket into two separate internal sides one with a embellished makers logo zippered pocket and two nicely deep slip pockets on opposite side that won't flip your phone out of pocket because it's not shallow like most other bags. I could go on but I think for a review you get the point. Quit looking and buy this one, save hours of your time looking for the beautiful, practical, just right bag. Like many products created for women, we all have persnickety likes and dislikes, don't we? What I love about this bag, you may hate. I need a bag to hold "STUFF"! (That's said in a deep bass voice) You may prefer a hand clutch by Kate Spade. Personally, I don't see what the hoopla is about those. They hold nothing. See, we're all different. I am kinda picky about my purses that I spend actual money on. Recently, (like for the last 10 years) I been using a grocery tote. I just couldn't find style, color, or features for less than $100. I'm cheap. I don't want to cart around something that costs a bunch of money, I just want it to look like I am! I like everything about this purse with one exception. I like the faux leather. It is supple, soft and feels nice. It also looks nice. I like the BOHO style. I like the size of the bag. I mentioned my tote bags. I need space. I need pockets, I need zippers. I need my STUFF! This bag has a lot of stylish room. I like the heavy zippers. I don't think these zippers will give up due to hard use any time soon. I like the layout of the interior. THANK YOU FOR NOT MAKING THE INTEIOR BLACK. I have passed on many a purse because of black lining. I'd prefer a color other than gray, but it is such a huge step in the right direction that I'm not going to complain about that. I'm just so glad it isn't black. How do designers expect you to find anything in a cavernous bag with a black lining?? The interior has a middle zippered pouch and a zipper pocket on one side. It has two side zipper pouches that I didn't think I'd like, but I really, really do. it also has a back zipper pocket. I actually haven't found a use for that yet, since this purse is SO roomy. I like the handle that can be used as a hand hold or swung up onto the shoulder. I haven't used the longer one yet. I wanted this on my shoulder and tucked under my arm. It's perfect. My one complaint, and keep in mind this will not keep me from enjoying my new bag, is that it is a little heavy. All of that quality of materials costs in the weight of the bag. Then when I pack it with my STUFF, it gets heavier. I'm thinking I'll just build some "purse muscle" to deal with that little issue! Seriously, we all have our little picky things that keep us from liking one bag or another. This bag hits everything for me. I love the style, the quality, the roominess...I like it so much, I may buy another one and put it away for when this one finally gives up the ghost and becomes too ratty to use.
