The only thing that I would say that may be a negative is that over time, the zippers on my son's shorts have become harder to fasten. One broke. This is over a great deal of time and many washes. Plastic zippers just don't hold up. For the price, however, these shorts have worked out perfectly.

For the black shorts, the left pocket was almost sewn shut completely. The drawstring on the grey shorts were put on the back side. The other two were fine but overall, very disappointed because the shorts themselves are great.

Those are good shorts for the price. The fit is nice as well. However due to some stray strings, some of the shorts are not holding up to normal wear and tear that would last longer than maybe a year. Even simple hang-ups in the washer/dryer have pulled on some threads to wear out the shorts even faster.
