I love them. my earrings always hitting behind my ears and it hurts when i sleep. these cover the ends and work perfect. they are an end cap. the silver showing is very small, there is no twisting on, they just slide on. worn for 1 day now and they are still there. tight fit. I would buy again.

I was having trouble with the backs of my earrings falling off and then replacements were causing irritation to my ears. I decided to try these and have had no issues. They are staying on without hurting my ears. I will say if you have multiple piercings close together they may not work for you as they are a little bulky.

Bought it for my daughter’s screw back earring. The first piece fell off 2 weeks after placing it and the second piece fell off a week after. When the silicone back was found it did not have the gold in it so I am assuming the gold isn’t placed right with the silicone which makes it easy to fall off.
