    • Not so good for use as a trainer
The Good: * "Interesting" to fly (which is the flip side of not being a very good training platform). You have to learn to apply the controls differently from what would be needed in a conventional 6-channel hobby-level plane. * Low-battery alarm is a significant convenience - and it's loud enough to be heard out of doors. * Can use 300 and 250 mAh batteries as well as the officially-sanctioned 600's. One might think that would make it tail-heavy, and maybe it does, but there do not seem tb any bad effects. * When crashed repeatedly on grass, it seems quite durable. The Not-So-Good: * Elevons lack authority they have an effect, but not enough. * Needs a rudder. Differential power is not an adequate substitute. Flys more like a 2-channel. * Noisy compared to a couple of similar planes I have. Maybe just a little more grunt in the motors and fewer RPMs in the props would quiet it down. ... show more

    • Not worth the price
Has extremely poor flight characteristics. Constantly flies with a high alpha (nose up) at a painfully slow speed. The trim system is painful to work with and doesn't really help (had to max out to maintain level flight at high alpha) and it is painfully slow. Slightest breeze would change its course. Overall, not worth the price, you might as well get a 2 channel plan for 20-40 bucks. ... show more

    • Remote control defective
I didn't like that they asked me to take down my review when all I was asking for was a another remote control cause the one it came with was defective didn't want no refund for just the remote control at least for the whole plane I wouldn't consider anybody to buy this plane.

    • Didn’t work right from day one .
One of the servos wasn’t working when it arrived so I couldn’t say if it’s a good value or easy to learn but I’m willing to try again if they want to send me another one.

    • Not good for windy days
Where I live, it's windy most of the time. This airplane can't handle windy day. It is unpowered and it doesn't fly very well.

    • My son had it for about a month and it crashed out
I bought this for my son's birthday hoping that he would like it unfortunately the wings were not sturdy and they eventually crashed every time the heat ended up flying it.
