I'm surprised by these shorts. As a plus size woman that's stocky, short, and carries most of my weight around my midsection, finding a pair of shorts that was comfortable around the waist and still could flatter me by not making me look stumpy or make my legs look shorter can be a chore. I was wearing running style shorts, but it was annoying either having to pull the waistband back up, or pull the hems down when material was bunching up between my thighs. I know those problems could be somewhat avoided if I lost weight, but until then I'm incredibly happy I found these RBX shorts. I mainly purchased these because it's getting hot where I live and wanted a pair of shorts that were appropriate to wear to work. I needed something in a knee length that wasn't gym shorts. I haven't found a pair of denim shorts that looked decent, so I figured these would pass because they remind me of men's golf shorts and don't look like the usual fare for exercise shorts. Being as I can be anywhere from a 16 to a 20 depending on the brand of jeans, I ordered a 1X and 2X to try and found the 1X fit a lot better/more flattering than the 2X, which looked baggy on me. Right off the bat I was impressed with these. For the material being as thin as it is, I was surprised at how you couldn't see much of a panty line. I tried on a brief style, and then a cheeky style that had a lace trim, and although the cheeky one was less visible than the brief, the flowy nature of the shorts still did a good job disguising the seam lines on the brief style. There are two pockets, and they're more on the front side of the shorts, like on a pair of jeans, than built into the side seams. The hem falls just above my knee, but still looks appropriate for where I work. The first day I wore them and was driving around they weren't constricting around the thigh, nor did the waistband cut into me. When I was out walking, not once did I need to adjust the waistband or feel the need to pull at the hem to keep them from riding up in the crotch. It was honestly a breath of fresh air not having that added worry of knowing I'd have to keep an eye on how my clothes were going to act. If you like to be comfortable in warmer weather, a little bit modest, and not worry about common plus size shorts problems like creeping up between your legs, these are amazing shorts. I'll be wearing mine for work, errands, lounging around at home, and generally living in them this summer. I've already ordered more pairs so I'm stocked up because the quality is too good to just have one pair.

I LOVE these shorts. They are very lightweight, the wait is very comfortable and they sit well below the mid line. The material is very thin, but I like them. I got tan and they can be dressed up for a day out or worn for golf/tennis. I wear a size 12 and I got a large and they fit perfect. The leg openings are a bit wide, but again I like them as they are very comfy.

The product is nice. Lightweight. Comfortable. No issues with the quality. They just run large.. Zippered pockets easily fit my 6.1 inch phone. Love the zippers because when our walking my dogs I don’t have to worry about it falling out when they are pulling me all over the place. The legs are loose enough and on my 5’2” shortness they come mid-thigh, which is what I wanted. I could have dropped a size. I have to tighten the drawstring so much that the fabric bunches in front. But I’m hanging onto them. These are my walking shorts so I’m not worried about the bunching and the looseness isn’t bad when I’m walking in hot weather.

A little tighter than my other 3x shorts but I have large hips and a butt. I am a pear shape. They do rise up on my thighs when I work out or hike in them but I just wear my biker shorts underneath. Just for wearing they are very comfortable. They are lightweight. They are good enough for what I need.

These are the best shorts I have ever had. They are comfortable and flattering. They do fit a little large. So buy one size down. I am 5'3" 150 and ordered a medium but could have gone a small.
