  • Vastly improve the accuracy of my axium M7
Internal GPS antenna did no good on my flybridge boat was Mountain inside a upper gauge panel would pick up satellites but would not pick them up good enough for the system to work properly so I install this 150 antenna along with all the cables that you have to buy it’s much more accurate highly suggest this if you’re having a problem its well worth the money I’ve actually hated my axium 7 up until this point ... show more

  • Pretty powerful gps
Still have not installed this gem yet, I am sure it will work great. I wish it would have came with a seatalk to nmea2000 adapter, for people who dont run pure raymarine

  • Great addition to Axiom!
Increased speed to get a position fix and accuracy of 0.7 feet recorded on Axiom 9.

  • Pricey but connects to older sea talk network
Better GPS with no internal battery (older model had a 10 year life time due to internal battery). Albe to connect to older seatalk with kit. Pricey but hey it's for marine use.

  • RS150+Network backbone+adapter cable
Reading the features of the RS150 it gave me the impression that it was a “plug and play” device to add to my proprietary raymarine network. Not the case. I have to buy the NMEA2000 backbone and another adapter cable to interface with the HS5 backbone. It turns a $150 expenditure to make up for the Axioms poor GPS performance into a $300 addition. But Raymarine/FLIr deal a lot with the governments so they’re used to expensive built in add ins to get the equipment to work properly. I’m sure it will be awesome when it’s all working in harmony but the extra pain in the pocket book gets old. Mostly my fault for not doing enough research. ... show more

  • Not what I expected
Why would you make a $350 GPS antenna that will not provide a heading sensor?
