I love everything about these. I have several pairs. When you’re in darker settings the lenses are light and still polarized, and when you go out in bright sun they become darker. RayBan always puts out a quality product for what you pay for. These are a poly lens that darken fine but not as dark as I would like working in the sun and on the water.

I like the idea of photochromic lenses which is why I bought these sunglasses in the first place. Unfortunately, the lenses didn't get dark enough IMHO. Also, the frame was very thin and I don't think it would have stood up well over time. I'm sticking with my Clubmaster sunnies.

Like it was stated before these don’t really become green but a darker amber. However, they make everything crystal clear and significantly reduce glares. Easy to keep on indoors and out. Though not Ray-Ban’s fault; first case came empty. Looks like some issues at the amazon warehouse; however, the AI customer support came to the rescue and sent me a replacement 2 days later.
