I wish I took more time to find the right drop for me but once I did I love the Icon bbcor. Smoothest contact, no sting or vibration. Hands down a favorite at practice even though my athletes are a bit young for this drop 3. Aesthetics are clean but the barrel is forgiving, pop is absolutely there. Is stealthy quiet. Breaking didn’t take long, hot from the jump. Parents and players always ask to take a few swings and no one has a bad thing to say about this bat. Rawlings has an amazing lineup and this Icon is at the top of the list. Expensive but I cannot see this breaking at any point now or in a few years. Really impressed and am thankful my wife allowed me to buy this bat. Find the right length and drop.     • Hot bat, very balanced swing
We were looking for a new bat to add confidence to our son at the plate and bring some additional pop as he’s probably worn beyond the hot window with easily 3500 swings on his other composites this season. This bat delivered on what we were looking for, great exit velocity, he says it feels great swinging. Hit several deep line drives over at the first practice and then first at bat was his first grand slam! I’m not saying the bat is magical but it’s one of the best we’ve tried and with a kid willing to put in and average of 25-50 ‘quality’ swings a day they will be able to make magic happen with this bat. ... show more

31/23 Got this for our 12 yr. old. Legit best bat he's ever had (I've never seen him so attached to a bat). Amazing feel and weight and the thing's an absolute trampoline right out of the wrapper. This is a complete 180 from Rawlings compared to the Quatro's (which were generally garbage imo). Buy this and don't look back. ... show more

If your kid swings the bat with any power or sees high speeds this is not the bat to buy. My sons bat only lasted 1 tournament before he shattered it. Too much money to have a bat last 5 games.

Awesome bat for my 8yo son. Better pop than his cat 9 composite. For the money I paid I didn't expect to have problems with it within the first week. The rubber component detached from the barrel during practice. It's a 5 star on pop. 1 star on durability.
