The bundles are really soft and quite nice. The packaging was adorable, but I found the bundles to be a bit thin. I ended up having to buy an extra bundle of pink lemon hair to achieve the fullness I wanted. Overall, it was a decent purchase.

I have ordered raw human hair bundles from Triippyhair two times and I must say that for the price of the hair the quality is really good. The hair is very soft and has a nice texture and thickness to it. It takes well to heat, can be blow dried, straightened and curled. It has minimal shedding and can hold whatever way you style it for a long time (ex. curls) without touching it up for a few days. Over time the hair shedding may start to increase, and you will want to make sure you are brushing it to keep the hair flowing smooth. I would recommend washing the hair at least 3 weeks to a month after installing it. To ensure that the hair is being refreshed and looking moisturized because it can appear to be dry. Overall I would recommend the hair especially if your not going to keep it in no longer than a month. It did not disappoint, although there can be a few improvements. I definitely will be returning to buy some more hair from this vendor.

I ordered these bundles for my graduation and photoshoot and spent over $500 on four bundles (a three-pack and a single bundle). I made an appointment with an amazing hairstylist out of town to have them professionally installed and curled, and I was excited about how they would look. However, this experience turned into a complete disaster from start to finish. The three-pack of bundles was supposed to arrive by a certain day, but on that day, they hadn’t even shipped. Since I was traveling out of town for my hair appointment, I canceled the order. (The single bundle arrived on time, but the three-pack was delayed and shipped even after I had canceled it). Despite my cancellation request, Amazon delivered it anyway while I was out of town. When I returned home, the package wasn’t there. I contacted Amazon, and they informed me that I would need to file a police report due to the cost of the bundles. I started that process….. two weeks later, a neighbor dropped off the package seeing my post on next door, explaining they had picked it up but didn’t know I was back yet (frustrating, but I appreciate that they had it instead of it being stolen off my porch). By that time, I had already returned the single bundle back to them… because what am I doing with a single bundle (sidenote the box came, tore up and opened but the bundle was wrapped in paper)…. For my graduation I ended up purchasing different bundles from a local store to have my hair done in time for graduation….. Later, since I FINALY had the bundles, I decided to use the three bundles for another event and scheduled another professional hairstyling appointment to get them installed and curled. Unfortunately, this was where the quality issues became clear. Immediately after leaving the stylist’s suite, my curls fell flat before I even got outside. The hair simply didn’t hold a curl (photo included), which was extremely frustrating. Within less than a week, the bundles began shedding horribly—not just a little shedding, but clumps of hair were falling out when brushing (photo included). It was a nightmare. On top of this, the hair had a strange smell when it first arrived (I smell worse, but definitely a smell nothing like chemicals, but once we got even worse), and even after washing, the odor didn’t completely go away. While the bundles initially felt soft and weren’t stiff, the shedding and inability to hold a style made them completely unusable. From the delayed delivery to the poor quality, I was overall extremely disappointed with these bundles. I don’t understand the hype surrounding them. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I would not recommend purchasing these bundles. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
