I used this hair for two separate installs. I washed the hair every 3-4 weeks. I curled it often; no issue here. Originally I bought 3 bundles of 18 inch. For the second install, I had the hair cut to a natural hair length. I would purchase this hair again.

I purchased this hair believing it was 100 percent Raw Cambodian hair, as advertised, but that is completely false. At first, the hair seemed fine, but after about a month it started tangling, shedding, and frizzing badly. I have taken very good care of it. I used minimal heat (only twice), always used heat protectant, wrapped it every night, did heatless curls, and brushed it daily. Despite all of that, the quality still went downhill fast. When I first received the hair, it also had a terrible smell that took two washes just to get out. Now I have to brush it literally every hour just to keep it somewhat manageable. It was supposed to handle multiple washes, but after just two washes, it feels dry, rough, and like horse hair. My hair is so poofy now that it literally looks like I purchased it from Party City. It is obvious this hair is not raw. It feels synthetic and has terrible longevity. I feel completely scammed because I have a full sew in, and now I have to take this bull crap out of my hair, completely redo my style, and go through the trouble of finding better quality hair that will actually last. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed, and I want a full refund for this mess. I will never purchase from this company again.

THIS HAIR IS PERFECT. Let me get into the details , it came in a nice package, with instructions and all. The Bundles had NO SMELL even after i washed the hair it held the same curl pattern. I’ve had this hair for about a month now. It’s definitely not raw hair but was a quick purchase when my original hair came. True to length, ends slightly thin, very silky. I’ve tried to wash it to get rid of some of the silk feeling but it did not work. Does not hold a curl at all, you literally curl and it falls regardless of hairspray. This hair is more for quick weaves , I don’t see any longevity in it.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered some hair for a sew in and it was delayed. I needed something within 3 days so I decided to give this hair a try. Came on time but I don't believe this is raw hair. It feels good, silky, doesn't shed a lot. I'd say minimal shedding, which is normal but my issue is it doesn't hold curls at all. When I got my hair done, the curls started to fall within 5 mins of her curling it. I've been using flexi rods at night to maintain but if it was raw hair it wouldn't be so. It's nice hair can hold for a good sew in but it is not raw hair in my opinion. I'm using to buying top quality and raw hair but this hair is different. Like I said, nice hair and good quality for the price but not raw. If you like a more full look, you might need an extra bundle or half of one. Update: The vendor reached out to me about my concern and offered a few solutions. One thing I can definitely say is, their customer service is top tier. She apologized for the issue and offered suggestions, which is greatly appreciated.

This hair is not raw. It is like doll baby hair that won’t melt. The ends are dry. The hair mattes at the back. I use premium products to care for my hair and this hair just won’t cooperate. Does not hold a curl. Haven’t tried bleaching or dying the hair. I have to pay to have the hair installed again. Do not think that based on hair out of packaging is how hair will perform. The hair is true to length. However this again is not raw hair.
