The product arrived well packed in a sturdy box that protected everything during shipping. The template itself is exceptionally easy to use on both cabinets and drawers. Setup is straightforward: find and mark your center measurement, place the template, and drill. Pro tip: cover the area with masking tape first, then mark your center line on the tape. This helps protect painted surfaces. Placing the template on the tape also prevents scuffing or marring while drilling. We used the 5-inch size, and the length was spot on—it matched the hardware perfectly with absolutely zero fitment issues. The included drill bit was very sharp and featured a pilot point, which made drilling clean and accurate. The only minor issue was that the drill bit appeared to be slightly bent. It still worked, but it’s worth noting. Overall, the kit is fairly priced compared to similar alternatives. We paired it with Ravinte hardware, which we’ve used before with excellent results. In our experience, this brand offers quality that rivals (or exceeds) products from big box hardware stores at a fraction of the cost. Great template overall—lightweight plastic, but more than sufficient for accurate marking and installation.

This is a must have if you are drilling your own holes for drawer pulls or cabinet handles. It’s so easy to mark holes in precisely the right spot and ensure the holes are parallel to the edge. The holes in the template allow you to choose how close or far away from the edge to place your pull/handle. Simply select the distance, mark the spots, and drill your holes. My eight handle pulls all look professionally applied. My holes needed to be 3 inches apart. It does accommodate other measurements, but check to make sure it will be compatible with your hardware. The template is made of plastic so one needs to take reasonable precautions so it doesn’t break. The picture shows the end result after this 79 year old woman added drawer pulls to this green chest using the template for placement. Pretty straight, yes? I did miss mark one drawer, but that was my error because I was talking with a friend as I worked. Can you see which one it was?

I like how it comes with a measuring tool so you get an even install on all the cabinet doors. And it includes plenty of screws and two size lengths. 100% improvement appearance on my kitchen cabinets!

The drawer template works okay. The cabinet one is useless. It places the bottom hole of a handle too low. That hole should align with the top of the rail (upper cabinets) or bottom of the rail (lower cabinets) - which is 2.5-3" from the edge and not the 1.5" the template allows.
