  • I Love Games
Style: Frozen 2 Jr. Labyrinth
I love the original Labyrinth game so when I saw the Frozen Junior version, I knew what my niece would be getting for her birthday. I love that there are several pieces with an easier path. Great for the earlier players and when she gets older, we can switch into the harder mode.

  • Kids love this game
Style: Frozen 2 Jr. Labyrinth
My daughters (5 & 4) love this game and caught on quickly. It’s a good “Junior” adaptation of the original version, and it fits well with the Frozen 2 theme. The materials are high quality and I love that this game involves strategy to challenge my daughters intellectually. We’ve purchased it several times for gifts, as well, so I think that is the best recommendation possible :) ... show more

  • Fun game but real EASY
Style: Frozen 2 Jr. Labyrinth
This was way too easy for my age appropriate kiddos. We've made extra rules to make it harder, but I should've just bought the original version.

Great game, we have a lot of fun playing it with our 4.5-years-old son. I like that it's different every time, and can be made more or less challenging. One game takes about 15 minutes, which makes it a great option when we don't have much time.

  • Great Fun!
I bought this game for my son who just turned six, and he absolutely loves it! After playing a few times, he's starting to learn the strategy behind the game, and how one has to look over the whole board before making a move. I feel like this game would be a good prelude for learning to play chess. I highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Good beginning strategy game for the youngins
Almost every child's game and toy on the market claims to have some educational merit and most of the time it's dubious at best -- so-and-so teaches "cause and effect", "pattern recognition", etc. -- like some silly educational blurb that pop-ups before some inane cartoon on Noggin. I won't go into what this game is about -- the product summary states that clearly. I will say is that this game will teach strategy to your 3 or 4 year old. It creeps into your child so nonchalantly they don't know it's happening. That's because they can just begin playing, even if they do everything wrong from the get-go, without some dissertation or prelude parents feel compelled to deliver before teaching, say, checkers. I enjoyed watching my 3 year old intentionally slide the tiles in a way that would benefit her and screw me. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the best game on the planet, just a good kids game. Kid-Cala, a derivative of man-cala is also excellent. My daughter doesn't want to play it every night but she goes through spurts. It's a short game, which I appreciate given her attention span -- it takes ~15 minutes to complete a game. It's well constructed from heavy-gauge cardboard, typical of Ravensburger quality but it's not perfect. There is a bump on the game board where it folds and it often acts as a road block when sliding the tiles. I help keep the tiles from sliding over/under one another when my daughter pushes them. I'm glad I purchased this. ... show more
