The wig did not look anything like the picture. Very dissapounted. Also, I returned the wig the next day (exactly as received) and was charged $30.00. This includes the USPS postal fee, but still seems excessive. No future purchases from this vendor.

The wig was delivered in an extremely timely manner & was securely packaged. It really didn't look as pictured and it was too large. I decided it best to return it. I initiated the return & took it to UPS. Apparently, the cost caused a different return procedure. There is no refund on this item until it has been received at an Amazon facility & examined to see if it is in the new condition. According to Amazon it may take up to 30 days to get refunded, minimally a week. It has been 6 days since the item was taken to UPS & Amazon shows status as in transit. So, good quality product, just make sure you will definitely be keeping it. ... show more

    • The hair is not as pretty white as the photo shows. It’s actually blue hair

This wig has no style like the photo shows nor is it the pretty white highlights it’s blue/ gray. I love most of Raquel wigs but this one is not one of her best ones.
