This wig was much darker than the photo and shaggier; none of my friends liked it on me. Usually I love Raquel Welch wigs but this one was too dark.

This was a pretty nice wig, but the color was not quite as pictured and wrong for me. It was quite dark with less highlighting than pictured and the highlighting was more of a golden blonde than the light blonde pictured. It was also fuller than is pictured, which threw me off a bit. This wig works right out of the box. Shook it, finger combed it, put it on. Color 56/60 is a grey/silver, not pure white--very natural looking color.

The wig was delivered in an extremely timely manner & was securely packaged. It really didn't look as pictured and it was too large. I decided it best to return it. I initiated the return & took it to UPS. Apparently, the cost caused a different return procedure. There is no refund on this item until it has been received at an Amazon facility & examined to see if it is in the new condition. According to Amazon it may take up to 30 days to get refunded, minimally a week. It has been 6 days since the item was taken to UPS & Amazon shows status as in transit. So, good quality product, just make sure you will definitely be keeping it. ... show more
