Rampage Textured Black Rock Rage Front Bumper for your 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK extends the ROCK RAGE BUMPER category with a new winch-ready front bumper for the JK and JKU. Designed to offer the best protection to the vehicle and helps to recover from the impact in a collision. It is made from high endurance materials and is highly durable. This front bumper is welded to exacting specifications to ensure long life. It is treated with dense zinc undercoating before being put through a Dual-stage textured black powder- coated finish with zinc undercoating for corrosion resistance. This front bumper is easy to install and does not require drilling. Integrated winch plate, round bull bar and reinforced. ID-ring shackle mounts. Mounting tabs for auxiliary lights and 4" receptacles that allows installation of OE style fog lights. It features a 3 Year Limited Warranty.

The package was wrapped so well that while trying to get the 875 foot of saran wrap off, I accidentally nicked the top of the hoop. The bumper itself is a dream to put on after the nightmare that was removing the stock bumper on a Jeep that has ever been driven. I would like to see quadratech to a video on a well rusted and mud coated undercarriage. The removal of the stock bumper was a huge undertaking because they don't tell you that some dumba$$ at Jeep manufacturing decided to put a vacuum pump on the left side of the area where you have to remove bolts, and cannot access that particular side from the bottom. However you are not able to remove the plastic guard that mounts between your grill and the stock bumper just slide it enough to get a socket wrench in there and go from the top. Because of where I live mine stays muddy and the bolts had to sit with WD40 on it. ***You will have to purchase the fog light extension for this mod -at least a 6 inch one*** I don't remember seeing that on the product info and didn't order one originally. The only thing I did not like about the install was the micro nuts and bolts you have to use to attach the fog light housing, the location you have to attach them is a little difficult to use any kind of wrench or pliers or socket to hold the backside on... over all I love it it looks great on my baby, it is definitely heavy duty and I can't wait to get a winch mounted... ... show more

Nice quality, especially for the price. I am not a welder, but I think the weld beads are pretty good, especially considering not many people nit-pick that stuff unless you point it out. Metal material structure/thickness is thumbs-up unless you anticipate hitting a freight train. Having said that... with the quality/price, I justified having it sandblasted (original black powder coat) and re-powder-coated as close of orange as my OEM 2012 JK orange; price $220. Purchased some nice LED aftermarket fog lights; price $60; orange shackles $28. Very happy with the results (see photo attached). I'm just over $550 dollars in this bumper and would not trade it for some of the name brands that sell for about that price without the extras. In addition, I really like the size as I really don't like the "stubby" bumpers. This one is what another reviewer stated as mid-way wide. Overall I would highly recommend this bumper. Not a big China fan, but somebody worked hard fabricating it...just sayin! ... show more

Like everyone, was surprised how good/sturdy it is for the price. Looks great and was relatively easy to install (but I had a lift). Took half an hour to take off old bumper but would have been faster if I’d read the instructions first. There were two issues with the install. The bolts didn’t line up exactly with the holes, had to drill out the mounting holes 1/32” each so they’d line up. Then the fog lights mount hit the mount so had to trim one corner off each fog light (they’re plastic so easy to do). Once installed it’s awesome, especially for the price. ... show more

I was expecting a more textured coating but ended up just flat black. It seems pretty well build. I installed on a 2018 JKU. The install was easy to bolt on and lined right up, but be aware using the stock fog lights really suck to mount in the holes with provided hardware. Make sure you get them installed before mounting the bumper and make sure the bulbs are set properly in the housing. I had a bulb fall into the housing and had to take off mounted and really was not fun to install while mounted. The last problem with the bumper that I did not see anywhere was if installing with factory fog light harness on a JK the stock harness is meant for the lights to be in the middle area of the bumper. They do not reach relocating the fog lights to the outside of the bumper. We just spliced in and added extra wire. I assume a JL where the fog lights are wider would fit no problem. Over all I am pleased with the bumper and price point. Winch install was easy and fits good. Went with the smitty 9500lbs. ... show more

I bought this bumper for my Gladiator. The price was hard to beat and if it felt or looked cheap in person, I’d just replace it in a year or so with something else of quality. When I received it, I was really surprised. Feels high quality, looks high quality, built great. Bolted up perfectly, would’ve given it 5 stars all around but the fog light mounting hardware and design or the tight mounting tabs made me improvise when installing the fog lights. Great value for the money. Buy an 18mm deep socket if you have a JL or JT! The packaging looked great, but inside the box there was damage. See the pics. Both ends were scuffed and the overrider bar was dented. The hardware package was taped firmly over the dented area so my guess is that is what caused it. I wasn't going to repack this 70lb turd and haul it back in to return it. Overall I am going to say it is "ok", I would have preferred it to not have a quarter sized dent in the very front of it. ... show more
