The slicer is pretty good. Similar to other printers. The printing assistant is essentially useless and never actually help solve issues. The print quality on my $500 Qidi was better than this machine. Customer support is via email, so it takes days of back and forth to solve issues. This printer is 100% not worth the price. Outdated tech that they still somehow fumble up. Two major board failures within 6 months. Noisy, constantly running fans. Slow print speeds (unless you spend 1k on their upgrade lol). The print quality isn't even that great. 90 day warranty also, for a 5k printer. Give me a break. Industrial printers are simply a scam.
