This tinsel is cute. It doesn’t come with any instructions but YouTube was able to give us an idea of how to use it. It comes with the clips to clip it into the hair but not the tool to do it.

The color is gorgeous, but there was NO instructions at all and no way to attach to hair. It’s literally the exact material as Christmas tree tinsel and CANNOT just be “tied in a knot” that the description says. It won’t stayed tired even for a second. I spent hours trying to figure out a way… but there’s nothing to attach with. I even tried attaching to a rubberband but couldn’t even get that to work.
