I am somewhat new to HTV Vinyl, and struggled to come up with the PERFECT design/saying for my lavender tee... The design I chose was too intricate for this vinyl. I used the "HTV, not Cricut Brand" as my material, and forgot to change the pressure setting to the most pressure. That said, I had to go back and pick and pull several of the small details out of the sheet and apply them with tweezers to the transfer tape. When Pressing the design with my Cricut Heat Press, I set the settings to 280º and pressed the shirt for 15 seconds, applied the design, and pressed the design with transfer tape 40 seconds, turned the shirt to the backside and pressed an additional 40 seconds (this step is highly recommended by most (if not all) of the makers I follow on YouTube). When I turned the shirt back over and attempted to do a "warm peel", the design appeared as though it wanted to peel off with the transfer tape. I applied heat again for an additional 40 seconds, this time allowing it to cool before peeling. The HTV appeared to have stuck better to the shirt; however, there are still a couple of places that I am skeptical about. In hindsight, they consider this a "sport flex" and I wish I would have increased the temp from 280º to 305º I do wish the vinyl sheets were available in multiple sizes or on a roll, at least 12x12. I LOVE the tie-dye colors. I am hoping to do something with the other sheets in the packet this week. I will increase the pressure and the temperature of my Easy Press and give an update on my review. Until Then... I would recommend this product if you know your Cutting Machine & Heat Press. I would not recommend this product to beginners. *UPDATE: This has turned out to be one of my favorite shirts to wear, so it has had MANY almost WEEKLY wash and dries. While I am picky when it comes to separating my clothes before washing, so being lavender, it gets washed with reds on cold, I am not one to pay a whole lot of attention to make sure I wash inside out or even worse about drying a certain way, and almost never hang anything to dry. So this shirt gets NO special attention about how it is dried! All that said, is this vinyl has held up better than my cricut glitter vinyl on my shirt. No peeling at the intricate points of the design! VERY PLEASED with the washing and drying and the weekly wear I get out of this shirt!!! ... show more

Weeds like a dream, cut like someone who actually uses vinyl designed it. Thank you!!! Only complaint is I often layer my vinyls or use multiple on one design. This vinyl melted when I used a second color. Next project I simply used the other colors first and then this one but keep in mind it will melt! I made 2 gifts for Christmas with it and as long as neither has issues washing in the next couple months I’ll definitely purchase again. ... show more

This product was hard to cut! I followed the recommended settings, but the vinyl was too tough. I wasted a bit of material trying to find the right pressure to make it work. It is super cute and seems like it will last awhile.

This is misleading as you are shown 8 different colors in the picture but the fine print states 4 sheets. There’s no picking what colors you want. I don’t think $6 for 4 sheets is a good value. From now on, no more blindly ordering without reading the small print.

I had to review this item because the horrible reviews I read really had me apprehensive to use this vinyl. As a first time EVER using iron on vinyl I was petrified after reading the reviews and convinced I was going to ruin my material even attempting to use this stuff. However, it went on with out any problems and looks great! I used parchment paper on top of the carrier clear they have on the vinyl just to be safe that it didn't stick to my iron. I set my iron on silk. I held it on the parchment paper for about 30 seconds pushing firmly, then removed the parchment paper and put the iron directly on the carrier plastic for another 15 seconds or so. I slowly removed the plastic from the vinyl and it came off with no problem. I'm happy with the vinyl and would use it again. Just take your time, don't heat up your iron or press to a super high setting and cutting it with my cricut maker I jut set it to iron on vinyl and put more pressure, it cut without any problems too. ... show more

I felt compelled to write this review after seeing so many negative ones. I had no trouble cutting this htv on my Cricut Maker. I used the everyday iron on setting on default pressure (I did a test cut before I worked on a more intricate project). It weeded well with a nice sticky carrier sheet. I used my Cricut Easy Press at 305 F for 30 seconds and peeled the carrier warm, replaced it and pressed again for 10 seconds, flipped the shirt over and pressed again for 15 seconds. The colors are beautiful and vibrant. I can't wait to give the shirts I made with this to my mom and her partner. ... show more
