Back when I purchased the desk at Nov-17-2022, got my shipment at Nov-26-2022, the page was listed for a 63*30 desk at $279, it is now Dec-02-2022, after I deal with the Thanksgiving aftermath from work and finally got a chance to have the desk assembled, the seller at some point changed the page for 55*30 desk priced at $209. The desk I got is an rectangular desk with rounded corners, desktop is put together from 4 individual pieces using rod joints, metal brackets and bolts. there is no recessed curvature at the sitting side. ... show more

It's definitely expensive but the amount of space it equips you with along with the adjustability between 69cm (nice) off the ground up to 100cm+ (never needed to go higher) is very nice. Never had any issues with the amount of weight it could bear. It is easy to put together, although the instructions could use some clarification; just use common sense if in doubt. Do not over-tighten as the hardware seems likely to strip threads easily. My husband writes music arrangements & prefers to stand while doing so. This desk’s height adjustment works great. I am shorter than him and can adjust the desk where I like it while sitting & so can he. It was not hard to put together. I would not put a lot of stuff on it as the wood is not particularly thick & two top pieces are spliced together with dowels. I wouldn’t really lean on the edges hard either. But it’s a great desk for our needs. We also bought a vinyl protector for it as the wood seems soft. I would definitely buy one again. ... show more
