Love this desk! It's very good quality. It wasn't difficult to assemble. The mechanics work smoothly, but I set the memory to where I want it. I leave it in standing height and have a chair that is also counter height. I can sit/stand quickly. I knew thats how I wanted to use it but still bought the adjustable in case, say after my knee surgery, I need to be down lower. This has improved my overall work from home comfort tremendously! Honestly, one of the easiest things I’ve ever installed it’s honestly perfect. It does not wobble a lot and it actually goes up super high like I’m about 5 foot 6 and it goes up to my chin.

Wonderful desk. Install was simple, but does take time. Allen wrenches are terrible, so if you have an alternative tool to use, def do it. Has been mostly sturdy, be sure to make sure you have plenty of clearance below that you may not realize will catch the desk as it goes down and begin to tilt (ask me how I know). I've probably written 2 or 3 product reviews on Amazon in my life. This has been so great for the money. Now that I'm at 1.5 years in with the desk I felt the need to come back and leave my thoughts. I absolutely love my desk. The motor is reliable, relatively quiet, and i raise/lower it several times a day. I have no issues that the desktop portion of the desk itself is comprised of 4 separate slabs that are pieced together. To be honest I didn't even know about them prior to purchasing. If that is what is deterring you from this product, consider getting an XL mousepad for your desk. Even without the mousepad the seams between the slabs are so closely aligned that a rolling pencil wouldn't be stopped going from one slab to the other. The mousepad covers the seams perfectly and I highly recommend that configuration, and the desk itself. ... show more

Used the desk for little over two years. Worked pretty well. It ended up not working due to error code and took about a week get ahold of the right customer service. Eventually got an email response at 11 PM (guessing their team is overseas). Ended up going back and forth with them for a few days trying different resets before uncovering the error is with the control box. Sent me the new parts within a week and now it works again. Didn’t realize they have a 3 year warranty so the new parts were free which I appreciate ... show more
