    • What a great remote
Edition: ELRS-Transparent
I would recommend this remote to anyone who want to start FPV or even just try it out. I got this to use with the sim Liftoff to see if I would be into FPV, and for the sim it works great. But also, it is a great remote for moving past the sim and driving your first drones! It is worth the money. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with batteries, so that’s another cost for this. EdgeTX is a great firmware and there are a lot of customizability options for both the remote, like changing the color of the shell layer on, and also the firmware. Also, it really is travel size, and can easily fit in a small pocket of a backpack. Overall this is a great controller for those starting out with FPV or even just want a controller for the sim. ... show more

    • Good quality!
Edition: ELRS-Transparent
Used with simulator using usb to use c cable. Worked right away. I needed to do some research online to connect it to 5" drone with speedybee app. I think this controller has alot of potential that I dont know how to use just yet. I dont use all the buttons, switches and dials when flying. Im going to assume its just my inexperience. Im glad I bought the pocket! ... show more

    • Amazing
Edition: ELRS-Transparent
Super Nice transmitter feels a good weight, cool see through design, the battery lasts much longer then you will be flying and runs on a good operating system with a lot of features. This is a go to for all drone pilots for a reason. The size tends to be smaller than other transmitters alike but still fits amazing in the hand. value for money is outstanding especially when the gimbals are hall effect meaning they will be good forever. ... show more

Absolutely amazing controller. Very customizable and fun to play with. If you buy PLEASE buy the batteries somewhat earlier because you can’t use it without them. You have to buy the batteries on their website.

    • Excellent Radio for Newbies and Experienced Pilots
Edition: ELRS-Transparent
This radio for the price, is an absolute steal. If you are just getting into the hobby and don't know which radio you need or even want, then this is the radio you should get. I wish I would have started with this one instead of the 3 other radios I bought prior. I have owned Turnigy Evolution radios and the BetaFPV Radiolite 2 both have potentiometer gimbals and they wear out eventually which means you have to set deadzone or deal with twitching sticks. This Radiomaster Pocket model feels amazing in my hands. I am 5'10" with fairly large hands, my ring size is 12.5 and this radio fits so well, I just love the thing. I am a hybrid pincher when it comes to grip style, and this radio fits that style very well. None of my other radios came close to accommodating this grip style except the BetaFPV radiolite 2 but the switches often got in my way. If you are on the fence as to which radio to buy, get this and don't look back. This radio has nearly all the features of the TX16, but without the fancy screen and machined gimbals. I pre-ordered the TX15 but now I am loving the pockets so much that I wish I would have waited to pre-order it. TLDR; Get this radio, you won't be disappointed!! ... show more
