These water shoes work great. Thick sole and slip resistant. Wore them to Atlantic Beach this last week and they kept her feet from getting hot in the sand. The fit is good and the velcro is easy to put on and off. Unfortunately, they weren't tight on her feet and one was taken off by the high surf and it's now in the ocean somewhere. Even though it came off, the waves were crazy high and fast and I'm surprised both of them didn't come off. Still glad I purchased them and will probably order another pair.
